Return / Cancellation / Change / Late Arrival Policy

Returns: We refund unused products in original packaging within 30 days of sale. Travel sizes, extensions, and Halo sales are final. Series, Gift and Certificates are not refundable.

Cancellations & Changes: We have a guest-friendly 2–hour cancellation and change policy. This maximizes our availability to you, reducing occurrences where people book appointments they may not intend to take. Our policy also allows time to book guests, like you, when others can’t make their appointments.

Air Bar holds your appt up to 1 year, turning away all other requests for it. We simply ask you show up, or cancel or change your appt. 2 hours or more before. Being so guest-friendly, we do enforce this policy to the minute, except for emergencies.

Appointments must be canceled/changed with our receptionist 2 hours or more before its start time, otherwise you authorize Air Bar to charge the service cost to your credit card on file. Extension services must be cancelled or changed 24 hours or more before, otherwise you authorize Air Bar to charge 50% of the service cost to your credit card on file. Keratin and Color services must be cancelled 24 hours or more before your start time, otherwise you authorize Air Bar to charge your credit card on file $50 (no-shows: $100) which may be applied to your next color service if the appt is within 10 days.

Late Arrivals: Arrivals 15 minutes or more past the start time of your appt may result in the appointment being cancelled, in which case you authorize Air Bar to charge 50% of the service cost to your credit card on file. We do this to insure no guest is ever made late by another guest showing up late before them.
