Returns / Cancellations, Changes and Rescheduling / Late Arrival Policy
Returns: We will refund your returns of unused products returned to us in their original packaging within 30 days of sale. Travel sizes, hair extensions, and Halocouture extension hair sales are final sales and not refundable. Series, Gift Cards and Gift Certificates are also not refundable.
Cancellations, Changes, and Rescheduling: Air Bar has a guest-friendly, 2–hour cancellation, change, and rescheduling policy, which maximizes appointment availability to you and all guests. Air Bar holds appointments up to one year with a credit card. We simply ask you show up, or cancel, change, or reschedule your appointments 2 hours or more before their scheduled start time. If you cancel less than 2 hours before your appointment start time or don’t show up at all for blowouts, updos, or other appointments, you authorize Air Bar to charge your credit card the full cost of your scheduled service. Appointments must be cancelled, changed or rescheduled with a live receptionist during business hours. Color, Cut, Extension and Keratin services must be cancelled, changed or rescheduled 24 hours or more before the appointment time. For Color and Cut appointments, you will be charged $100 for late cancels and $150 for no-shows. We enforce this policy to the minute in order to be fair to all guests. We do make exceptions for emergencies, and simply want to make availability a priority for all guests.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive 11 minutes or more past the start time of your appointment, you will be considered a No-Show and you authorize Air Bar to charge 100% of your service cost to your credit card on file, which will be charged at that time. Your stylist, however, will discuss with you anything they can do for you in the remaining time your appointment was scheduled, but will not be able to provide you a full service. Your stylist will conclude their time with you no later than the original appointment was scheduled to end, so they may take their next guest on time. This policy aspires to provide services in a timely manner and maximize appointment availability for all guests.
