Air Bar Blowouts & Extensions is not just about hair, it’s about the whole experience, and making you feel special from the moment you walk in. Our stylists are not only chosen for their amazing talent, but also for their personalities.

In addition to blowouts, we also specialize in HotHeads Hair Extensions and GK Hair keratin treatments. We don’t do cuts or color, we stick with what we love to do, and do it exceptionally well!

Our Team

Heather Jackoboice had the idea for a blow-dry bar in Naples back in 2012, citing the need for a salon specializing in blowouts, extensions, and keratin treatments, as none existed in Southwest Florida. Combining her experience in the NYC fashion industry with her husband Tim’s finance and entrepreneurial background, they formed the company in 2013 and built out the complete concept, look, and feel that is Air Bar today. Tim and Heather partnered with Kitrina Madaffer, bringing her experience of over 10 years in the hairstyling industry to Air Bar, with cosmetology and extensions licenses and a lengthly background in salon operations. Our goal at Air Bar Blowouts & Extensions will always be to make your experience with us as great as the hairstyle you receive.

Heather Bailey Jackoboice, Co-Founder

Heather began her career in the Fashion District in New York City in the early 1990’s, working with       high end fashion designers throughout the textile industry. Her unique style, creativity, and fashion were strong attributes in a competitive industry.

After moving to Naples and having children, Heather’s passion remains in helping people look their best, and was a driving factor in founding Air Bar. With services and products so convenient and beneficial to so many people, Heather continues to pursue helping women, and men, attain that “runway” look every day… and not just for special occasions.

Heather is a graduate of Montclair State University, where she majored in marketing before moving to New York City. She now lives with her husband Tim, and children Remington, London, and Montana in Naples, Florida.

Timothy Jon Jackoboice, Co-Founder

Prior to Air Bar, Tim was CEO of Fresh Start Private Florida, owning rights to provide compounded  implants to help eliminate cravings in alcoholics. Tim also worked with institutional traders on the Floor of the New York Stock Exchange, working with buy-side clients in a Member firm, and was a survivor of the 9/11 World Trade Center attacks. Tim also held positions for 10 years as director, officer and owner of Monarch Hydraulics in Grand Rapids, MI, employing 225 employees and  distributing hydraulic power systems worldwide.

As a Policy Analyst & Economic Specialist in the Hawaiian Senate in 1990, Tim was involved in passage of several critical bills. He moved to Naples, FL in 2002 and founded entrepreneurial entities, including KeyRingThing.com, featured by Diane Sawyer on Good Morning America in 2009. Tim graduated with a degree in Economics from the University of Arizona, and lives with his wife Heather and 3 daughters Remington, London, and Montana in Naples, Florida.

Natasha Richard and Emma Keeton, Master Stylists

Emma grew up in Westport, CT before moving to Bonita Springs six years ago. After graduating cosmetology school, she continued her career in beautiful Old Naples at Sphere Salon, where she worked under the reputable Douglas Trombino and mastered her finishing skills and techniques. Emma has produced styles for women featured in eBella and Gulfshore Life magazines. When Emma heard of the opening of Naples first true blow dry bar, Air Bar she was excited to join the team. Her passion for hair drives her to continuously stay educated on all the latest and hottest hair trends.

Natasha, a native of Naples, found her fire for the cosmetology industry 5 years ago. As the daughter of a former cosmetologist, Natasha has always been surrounded by creativity. She developed her career at Robert of Philadelphia, and continue on with specialty classes and training to broaden her areas of expertise. She loves doing hair for special occasions such as weddings, proms, birthdays, and other events, and loves being able to make women feel beautiful and provide them with great-looking hair.
